Meet Carlos
A trusted, experienced leader for Windsor.
Carlos Rivera is running a steady, local campaign focused on practical service and visible follow-through.
Service starts by listening.
Carlos has spent years helping neighbours get answers on roads, parks, permits, safety, and basic City Hall follow-up. He is running for Mayor because Windsor needs a city government that stays focused on practical work residents can see.
The biography stays grounded in local roots, service experience, and a clear reason for asking voters to trust Carlos.
